We’re sorry to hear you didn’t love your IN COMMON products! We have a 60-day return policy. Please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and the products you would like to exchange or return. Please note your shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If your order is damaged or lost please reach out to [email protected] with the order number and details of the issue. Please include photos if possible. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund purchases made outside of the Incommon website. If you purchased your product from a salon, please contact the salon for their return policy.
